If you missed Steve’s Youth Protection Training for Leaders and adults, you have another opportunity on Oct. 8th @ Abingdon Elementary from 7-8:30 pm. ALL Leaders are required by BSA to be trained.

The committee meetings are open to all parents and Leaders of Pack 234. You are encouraged to attend and bring your ideas, questions, and suggestions. The committee meetings are where everything is planned and decided for Pack 234. The dates are always in the newsletters. We hope to see you there.

The idea of a Pack-Wide Family Camping trip at Broadcreek Scout Reservation has been suggested. We need to know how many people are interested in this idea and would be willing to participate before we pursue it any further. If you think you want to spend a weekend in a tent with your family @ Broadcreek, cook foil meals, make Smores, and have a good time, let us know. Please send your thoughts or suggestions to Asst. Pack 234 will have a 25th Birthday in January 2003. We are looking for ideas to have a BIG celebration. Give your suggestions to Fran.
If you have any books or materials in your dens that you are no longer using, please try to share these things with the other dens. We can create a “share tote” if needed to hold these items. An example would be a wolf program idea guide after you have become bears, or gadgets used for activities that other dens could benefit from.
